1. About this service
jobbify.click is operated by TheAdvertisingRing SIA, a company registered in the Republic of Latvia (Registration No. 40203645496), with registered address at Rāznas iela 47, Kaunata, Kaunatas pag., Rēzeknes nov., LV-4622, Latvia. SEPA identifier: LV74ZZZ40203645496.
jobbify.click is an information aggregation service only. We compile publicly available job listings from third-party sources and deliver curated shortlists to subscribers by email. We are not a licensed recruitment agency, employment agency, staffing firm, or job placement service. We do not introduce candidates to employers, conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, negotiate employment terms, or guarantee any employment outcome.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using jobbify.click, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Account registration and email verification
To use the service, you must register with a valid email address and choose a password of at least 6 characters. After registration, we will send a confirmation link to your email. You must click this link to activate your account. Until your email is confirmed, you cannot sign in or access the service.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscription and billing
Access to the weekly job shortlist requires a paid subscription. The current pricing is:
- A one-time setup fee of 9.99€, charged at the time of activation.
- A recurring monthly subscription of 34.99€/month, charged after the 7-day free trial ends.
- A 7-day free trial is included with every new subscription. No charge is made until the trial ends.
Billing is handled exclusively by Stripe. We do not store, process, or have access to your payment card details. Subscription status is managed through your Jobbify dashboard and the Stripe-hosted billing portal.
You will receive an email notification at least 48 hours before each monthly renewal charge.
6. Free trial
The 7-day free trial begins immediately after successful payment of the 9.99€ setup fee. No additional charge is made during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at 34.99€/month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard, without contacting support. Cancellation disables automatic renewal. You retain full access to the service until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a paid period, except as required by applicable law.
8. Refunds
EU residents have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) from the date of each payment, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Latvian law. 9. No employment guarantee
jobbify.click makes no guarantee, express or implied, that use of the service will result in job applications, interviews, offers, or employment of any kind. The service provides aggregated informational content only. All employment outcomes depend entirely on the user's own qualifications, applications, and the independent decisions of third-party employers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party job listings.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (d) use automated tools to access the service in a manner that places excessive load on our infrastructure.
11. Intellectual property
All original content on jobbify.click — including platform design, code, and branding — is the property of TheAdvertisingRing SIA. Job listings are sourced from third-party providers via the Adzuna API and remain the property of their respective publishers.
12. Data protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU/Latvian data protection law (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data at any time.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TheAdvertisingRing SIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia. EU consumers may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
