1. Overview
This policy explains your rights regarding refunds and cancellations when using jobbify.click, operated by TheAdvertisingRing SIA (Reg. No. 40203645496, Latvia).
2. Setup fee (9.99€)
The one-time setup fee of 9.99€ covers account creation and initial configuration. EU residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of payment under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. If you request a refund of the setup fee within 14 days, the full amount will be returned and your account will be closed.
3. Monthly subscription (34.99€/month)
Monthly subscription charges are refundable within 14 days of each charge date for EU residents. After this 14-day period, the monthly fee is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the current paid period — no partial refunds are issued for unused days.
4. Free trial
The 7-day free trial incurs no charge. You may cancel during the trial period at any time from your dashboard. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged the first monthly subscription fee.
5. How to cancel auto-renewal
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard — no email or support contact is required. This is a self-service action available 24/7. Cancellation takes effect immediately and prevents the next monthly charge.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund within the applicable 14-day window, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your registered email address
- The date of the payment you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for the refund (optional, but helpful)
We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
7. Users outside the EU
For users outside the European Union, refunds are offered at our discretion. Please contact [email protected] to discuss your situation.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We respond promptly to refund requests and resolve most issues within 2 business days. Frivolous chargebacks may result in account termination.
